Our Unlimited Guarantee: You can return any of the products at your own expense for refund at any time in the future as long as the product is in good sellable condition. If the product is broken, we will not provide a refund. Please note, shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
How to get a refund: To provide you this unlimited refund guarantee, please ship the product back to the address listed below along with a copy of the emailed receipt and a valid and clearly legible form of government ID to verify you as the purchaser on the reciept. You will need to pay for the shipping back to our address and provide a tracking number, we do not provide refunds for any shipment fees you may incur. Once the product arrives at the address, it will be verified that the product has not been damaged and is sellable. Once the inspection is done, you will be provided a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the product. If we receive a product that has been broken or not considered sellable we will not be able to refund the purchase of the product.
